We have over 20 years of experience in managing assets for charities and foundations, with c. 85 charity clients and c. £850m in charity AUM. Our investors include universities, religious and medical charities, livery companies and endowments.

We offer a dedicated ‘S’ Share Class in our funds exclusively for UK registered charities, with the benefit of a lower annual management charge.

Additionally we offer an ethical exclusion option across our fund range, allowing charities with ethical preferences to invest.

All our Funds invest in high quality assets and aim to deliver sustainable long-term returns.

Within that, our Funds’ objectives range from a more defensive multi-asset protect and grow approach, through generating equity income (with an element growth), to seeking growth in a focused portfolio of global equities.

Charities can choose a combination of our Funds to deliver a blended approach to meet their specific needs, and they have discretion to change the ‘mix’ over time depending on the charity’s own needs and their evaluation of market conditions.

As long-term investors, we recognise the importance of investing responsibly.

Troy’s research driven approach includes the integration of material ESG factors into our investment analysis and across our stewardship activities. This includes voting across all our holdings at company AGMs and engaging with company management when necessary to drive change.

We report regularly to our charity investors on all our stewardship activities.
