Notice for Trojan Investment Funds and Trojan Funds (Ireland) plc

Following the upcoming sale of Link Fund Solutions Limited’s authorised fund management business to Waystone Management (UK) Limited, from on or around 9 October 2023 (the “Effective Date”), Waystone will become authorised fund manager of the sub-funds of Trojan Investment Funds and responsible for managing the Trojan Investment Funds’ affairs in compliance with the FCA regulations.

Waystone has also agreed to acquire Link Fund Manager Solutions (Ireland) Limited and the UCITS management company of Trojan Funds (Ireland) plc will be changing from Link Fund Manager Solutions (Ireland) Limited to Waystone Management Company (IE) Limited on the Effective Date. Link Fund Administrators (Ireland) Limited will also be acquired by Waystone but will continue as the administrator of Trojan Funds (Ireland) plc.

There will be no change to the way Troy, as Investment Manager, manages the investments of the sub-funds of the Trojan Investment Funds and Trojan Funds (Ireland) plc.
